What sizes do tiny homes come in? Tiny home sizes vary from larger 399 square foot homes (plus additional square footage from lofts), down to smaller 160 square feet (8ftx20ft) homes. There are all different shapes, sizes, and styles to meet different preferences and budgets. We welcome community diversity!

Can I fit everything I need in a tiny home? Absolutely! Though compact, they feature all the appliances and modern conveniences you would expect in a traditional home, ensuring you have everything you need to live comfortably. Some even have space for a full washer and dryer!

How many people can live in a tiny home? Tiny home living is versatile and caters to individuals, couples, and even families. Our community welcomes residents from all walks of life, embracing the spirit of togetherness in a compact and sustainable environment.

How much does it cost to rent a spot? We are currently still working out the final costs for monthly rent. Stay tuned as we finalize that!

Will you tell me more about the property Tiny Pagosa is on? The Tiny Pagosa community is located on a parcel of land roughly 29 acres in beautiful southern Colorado. The property has 360 degree mountain and mesa views. There is a seasonal creek that runs through the property and a spring-fed pond. 

How many tiny homes reside at Tiny Pagosa? Tiny Pagosa has 40 beautifully crafted sites on the property. Each offering a unique living experience within our close-knit community. Reserve your spot today! 

What about Utilities? We are providing water from well that will be sent to a frost-proof spigot, 30/50amp pedastool for electricity, and sewer connections. Water and sewer will be supplied at no cost, electricity usage will be billed from La Plata Electric Association.

How about internet and cell reception? The entire property has excellent cell phone reception (not always common in the area!). We also have a direct line-of-sight to Visionary internet towers. Starlink is likely your best option for high-speed internet needs (we love our Starlink internet!)
