OUR STORY
We are Sarah and Travis and we have 3 kids. In 2022 we took a leap of faith leaving the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas to make Pagosa Springs, Colorado our home. Early on, we became aware of the growing affordable housing crisis in the area and felt a deep pull to be part of the solution. That's when the vision for Tiny Pagosa was born.

Drawing on our experience with short-term property rentals and traveling to RV parks, we saw firsthand how simple living can foster freedom, connection, and community. We realized that living tiny isn't just about downsizing - it's about upgrading your life to focus on what truly matters.

But for us, it's more than just affordable housing. We believe that having access to fresh, local food is a critical part of true freedom. That's why Tiny Pagosa will feature edible gardens throughout the property, giving residents the opportunity to grow their own food, share harvests with neighbors, and live in harmony with the land. We believe that when people connect to their good, they connect more deeply with themselves, their neighbors, and the planet.

At Tiny Pagosa, our mission is to create a place where people can:
-
Achieve financial freedom by minimizing housing costs and building equity in an asset
-
Simplify their lives and reduce stress and reduce the burden of excess
-
Embrace environmental sustainability by living small and treading lightly.
-
Grow their own food through shared and community gardens.
-
Focus on experiences and relationships with community within a like minded community.

We're building Tiny Pagosa to be more than just a place to park a tiny home - we're creating community that connects people to people, people to nature, and people to community. Whether you already have a tiny home or are just exploring the lifestyle, we'd love to have you join us.
